Firstly the sophisticated presentation/attention to detail was great: kraft paper environmental protection packaging and soft carry bag. Customer service people most prompt and helpful. As for the bright yellow case, I can now find my phone more easily and it feels great in the hand. I might buy the case in more colors. I recommend this one
